As a condition to using the DutifulDJ brand assets (“DutifulDJ Brand Resources”), you agree to all the guidelines and instructions below (“Guidelines”).
These Guidelines clarify the ways you can and cannot use the DutifulDJ Brand Resources for marketing, press, partnerships, and other purposes. These Guidelines also contain legal disclosures and frequently asked questions.

- Use the DutifulDJ name and logos found on this website only. Do not use logos or assets found elsewhere. Check back often to ensure you’re using the most current version.
- Do not use other trademarks, names, domain names, logos, or other content that could be confused with DutifulDJ.
- When referring to the app, always write DutifulDJ as one word, with a capital D and a capital J.
- Never modify or abbreviate the name (e.g., “Dutiful,” “DDJ,” or “Duty DJ” are not permitted).
- Display the word DutifulDJ in the same font size and style as the surrounding content. Never use any of our logos to replace the word DutifulDJ in a sentence.
By downloading the logo pack, you have read and accept the applicable guidelines and other terms for use.
The following list contains actions and uses of the DutifulDJ Brand Resources that are strictly prohibited:
❌ DON’T use the DutifulDJ Brand Resources in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by DutifulDJ or any of its affiliates without prior written permission or agreement.
❌ DON’T use the DutifulDJ Brand Resources in a way that is misleading, defamatory, libelous, obscene, infringing, illegal, derogatory, dilutive, or otherwise impairing or objectionable to the rights of DutifulDJ or any third party.
❌ DON’T use the DutifulDJ Brand Resources as part of a name of a product or service of a company other than DutifulDJ.
❌ DON’T use an image confusingly similar to the DutifulDJ logo or any other DutifulDJ Brand Resource or variation for any purpose.
❌ DON’T use a variation, phonetic equivalent, foreign language equivalent, takeoff, or abbreviation of a DutifulDJ trademark (or any portion of it), for any purpose (e.g., Dutiful, Duti, DutifulDJ, DDJ, DutyDJ, DutifulJ).
❌ DON’T manufacture, sell, or give away merchandise items bearing any DutifulDJ Brand Resources without explicit written permission.
❌ DON’T use the DutifulDJ trademark, or anything similar, as, or as part of, a second-level domain name or platform username.
DutifulDJ dedicates substantial resources to the development and protection of its intellectual property. In addition to seeking registration of its trademarks and logos around the world, DutifulDJ enforces its rights against people who misuse its trademarks.
DutifulDJ’s trademarks are owned by DutifulDJ and may only be used as provided in these guidelines or with DutifulDJ’s explicit permission. A list of our trademarks can be requested by contacting partner@dutifuldj.com.
You may not use or register, or otherwise claim rights in, any DutifulDJ trademark, including as or as part of any trademark, service mark, company name, trade name, username, or domain registration.
You should not use or claim rights in any trademark in a way that is confusingly similar to or dilutive of DutifulDJ’s trademarks.
Do not use DutifulDJ’s trademarks for anything that would be inconsistent with our Terms of Service or Community Standards.
We may revoke permission to use DutifulDJ’s trademarks at any time. DutifulDJ reserves the right to withhold approval of content that it considers inconsistent with the DutifulDJ brand.
